I like to try new things. This one is a little rough and a few days later than I like. But when you get a sinus infection, you gotta sit your ass down.

More on the content shortly. I need to address some things.

First, I got a new job. I work with The Austin-American Statesman. That of course will be taking up more of time. Part of the reason this newsletter was delayed.

I’m going to continue to write the newsletter. Normally it goes up on Tuesday. But it will be a little infrequent at times. I got a lot of shit going on.

To those that subscribe to this newsletter, I always appreciate the support. Still tinkering with this and figuring out what I want this to be. But you reading and watching what I produce means the most.

Now, if you been following the Keith Lee TikTok phenom, you were aware he was in Texas recently. Not trying to ride anyone’s wave, but just thought it was cool to highlight some restaurants and foodie spots that might go under the radar in my city.

I plan to have two more food stories up in the coming weeks, so be on the lookout.
